Quite sometime ago, a group of friends sat around a table at a restaurant and started talking about food. What was liked, disliked, loved, hated, how it was made, and how someone actually succeeded at making meatballs. What the friends discovered is that while testing new recipes out on brave diners at home was fun, it would be even more fun if friends contributed recipes and techniques, so that enchilada night didn't happen as often as it had to.
Thus, Texas Dinner Feast is born. The objective is to share recipes, plain and simple.
The idea really isn't to rehash old recipes that you consistently use, but to try something new, fun, fresh. Research it on the internet, find it in a recipe book you haven't used in awhile, check out a food magazine that you normally wouldn't look into.
Got something great that you made? Awesome, share it!
